We hope you love your purchase from Living On God’s Promises. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help, every item is made-to-order and quality-checked before shipping.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customized, digital, or final sale items are non-returnable.

Important: If you or your customers notice any issue with the product or your order, please submit a please submit a problem report. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Address & Processing

All returns are sent to the Printful fulfillment facility by default. When a returned shipment is received, you’ll receive an automated email notification. If you choose not to use Printful's return address, you will be responsible for receiving and handling the returned items at your own expense.
